ZCC2007是一款高效率、高功率密度、电流模式的带输出隔离开关的全集成升压变换器,它可以从低至1.8V的输入电压启动,最高可转换至5.5V的输出电压。在关机期间,它可以将输出与输入断开。

该转换器集成了两个7A/20mΩ电源开关,可在5V输出时提供大于2.5A的输出电流2.5V输入电源。当输出短路时,ZCC2007进入打嗝保护模式输出短路消除后自动恢复。

ZCC2007还包括输入欠压闭锁、输出过电压保护、循环过电流保护、短路保护和热关机,以防止输出过载时损坏。

Description  
The ZCC2007 is a high efficiency, high power  
density, current mode, fully integrated boost  
converter with output disconnect, which can  
start up from an input voltage as low as 1.8V  
and convert up to 5.5V output voltage. During  
shutdown, it can disconnect the output from  
input.

This converter integrates two 7A/20mΩ power  
switches for high converter efficiency and can  
deliver up to 2.5-A output current at 5V output  
with 2.5V input supply. When the output is  
shorted, the ZCC2007 enters hiccup protection  
mode and recover automatically when the  
output short is removed.

Applications  
The ZCC2007 also includes input under-voltage  
lockout, output over-voltage protection, cycle-

damage in the event of output overload. The  
ZCC2007 is available in a low profile 11-pin  
2mmx2mm FCQFN package.
