基于UTMI协议的USB2.0收发器逻辑电路设计

UTMI 定义了 USB2.0底层信号的物理约束，为实现 USB2.0高速（480 Mb/s ）通信提供了可靠的保障。实现了协议中串/并转换、位填充/剔除、非归零编解码等内容，并在SMIC 0.13μm CMOS 工艺库下完成了收发器电路设计。仿真结果显示，该收发器设计功能正确，满足协议要求。
UTMI defines the physical constraints of the USB2 . 0 bottom signal , which provides a reliable guarantee for the real-ization of the USB2 . 0 high-speed （ 480 Mb/s ） communication . This paper implements serial-parallel conversion , bit stuff/unstuff , and non-return to zero coding and decoding . The transceiver circuit design is completed in SMIC 0 . 13 μm CMOS technology library . The simulation results show that the transceiver design has correct function , and meets protocol requirements .
