论述了射频识别技术(RFID)的分类与无源RFID标签的总体架构,在此基础上分析了电源产生电路对RFID节点低功耗的影响因素,着重对整流电路对RFID芯片低功耗的影响及基准稳压电路对节点低功耗的影响进行了定量的功耗分析,提出了提高整流电路效率和基准稳压电路稳定性的措施和手段,从而提高了RFID电源产生电路的供电效率。

The overall architecture of RFID classification and passive RFID tags was discussed;the effects of power generation circuit on the low power consumption of RFID node were analyzed;the effect of rectifier circuit on the low power consumption of RFID chip and the effect of reference voltage stabilizing circuit on the low power consumption of node were quantitatively analyzed.The measures to improve the efficiency of the rectifier circuit and the stability of reference voltage stabilizing circuit were proposed to better the power supply efficiency of RFID power generating circuit.
