A phase-shifted full bridge soft-switching circuit is studied in order to reduce the switching loss and improve the power supply efficiency of the full bridge hard-switching circuits. Compared with the traditional circuit, the new circuit has the advantages of low switching loss, low EMI noise, high operation fi'equency and high conversion efficiency. In the paper, the whole resonance process of phase-shifted full bridge voltage PWM soft-switching circuit is presented in details. Besides, the causes and solutions for the duty-cycle loss of the PWM soft-switching circuit are given.
