详细研究了6种基本吸收电路分别对IGBT电路的功耗影响情况.通过利用Matlab7.1软件对这6种吸收电路分别在不同的电流等级(50A,100A,200A,300 A)情况下的IGBT(4种第5代IGBT模块)电路上进行参数仿真,并对仿真结果进行计算分析,给出了仿真波形和数据表,同时为4种IGBT模块做了最优吸收电路拓扑选择.比较分析后,RC吸收电路和RCD吸收电路对IGBT电路功耗影响最大,其次为C吸收电路,放电抑制型RCD吸收电路A,CD2吸收电路和LCD2吸收电路影响最小.

A detailed study of respective influence of six types of basic absorber circuits for IGBT circuit power dissipation was showed. Taking the Matlab7.1 software, parameter simulation was carried out for the IGBT modules (four types of the fifth generation IGBT modules) circuits with each type of basic absorber circuits in different current levels (50 A, 100 A, 200 A, 300 A) respectively, and the simulation results was calculated and analyzed.
