资料介绍

简要叙述了LED汽车前照灯驱动设计需求及驱动方式、拓扑的选择,进行了以MAX16833为核心的汽车前照灯驱动硬件平台的设计和实验研究,对主要的元件进行了分析计算及选型,研制了试验样机,进行了样机的调试和有关试验。试验表明,系统各部分运行正常,实现了汽车大灯的光功能要求,与同类产品相对比,散热效果好,效率更高,输出电流纹波更小,为LED汽车前照灯的驱动开发奠定了基础。

By studying the driver design requirements,the driving modes and the topology selection of the LED automotive headlamp,a systematic design and experimental study of the automotive headlamp driver hardware platform based on MAX16833 is introduced. The analysis and calculation and a full methodology of the selection of main components of the driver hardware platform is provided. According to the parameter of the components,a prototype has been developed and debugged. The testing results show that the prototype meets the design requirements and functions well and the driver efficiency higher and output ripple current smaller than the similar products. These studies provide the base function for car headlight driver.
