As the key control equipment of the Electric Multiple Units (EMUs) braking system,the brake control unit has significant impact on safe and stable of train.Brake control unit circuit board automatic test system is designed based on current sensor and virtual instrument.Mature sensor technology,signal conditioning circuits design and graphical programming language of LabVIEW are applied to the automatic test system.The principle structure of system,hardware and software design and experimental test are descripted in detail.The field test result indicates that the system can greatly improve test accuracy and efficiency with good usability and scalability.
