This paper introduces PA circuit of solid-state transmitter in Project WEM, and elaborates on IGCT＇s application in the ELF range in respects of components selection, gate interfacing, valve design, etc, based on brand-new electrical and electronic component selection as per circuit theories and their requirements, the selection of IGCT in particulars.
