毫米波同轴微带低驻波转换电路设计
资料介绍
射频同轴连接器的玻璃绝缘子在微带线上的安装方式对电压驻波比具有很大的影响。用HFSS软件仿真了在1～30GHz频段内射频连接器的绝缘子采用直接安装、焊锡连接和金带连接等三种方式的驻波性能。设计时通过改变硬同轴线长度和阻抗、焊锡层厚度、金带宽度和金带与腔壁的间距、金带的内半径,得出了最有利于2.0mm×1.6mm×0.3mm绝缘子安装的方式。当使用0.7mm宽20μm厚的金带连接,50Ω硬同轴线长为0.5mm,金带与腔壁间距为0.6mm时,驻波比最好,为1.1848。
The installation of glass bead in RF coaxial connectors on a microstrip line （ML） has an important ef- fect on the voltage standing wave ratio（VSWR）. In this paper, VSWR performance of direct installation, connecting by solders, and ribbon bonding over the frequency band of 1-30GHz is discussed using HFSS Software. In design, by changing the length and impedance of hard coaxial line, thickness of solders, width of ribbon, space between ribbon and cavity wall, and inner radius of ribbon, the best installation for 2.0 mmx 1.6 mmx 0.3ram glass bead is achieved.
