The UART Level Converter Circuit is designed based on 2-Input EXCLUSIVE-OR Gate to imple- ment the mutual conversion between TI＇L logic level and RS-232 level. By analyzing the serial port as a messaging hub of communication between PC and MCU, adopting 74AHC86 and diode voltage stabilizing circuit. The circuit is low cost, switch simple and can support high baud rate,can used in laboratory conditions.
