在靶场试验中,通常需要一个以弹丸出膛时刻为起始点的时间基准信号作为试验与测试的时间基准.文中分析了炮口火焰的红外光谱特性,设计了一种以锑化铟红外探测器为核心的炮口火焰探测系统.用锑化铟器件对瞬态目标的红外信号进行光电转换,采用暗电阻优化匹配来保证系统的探测灵敏度.所设计的差分阈值比较电路使系统在较强背景亮度下可准确地探测微弱目标信号,靶场实弹试验与测试表明,距离炮口50 m距离范围内系统所测时基信号精度达到1μs,能满足靶场的试验需求.

In the range test, it often needs a projectile moment as the start time reference signal. The infrared spectral characteristic of the flare signal is analyzed in this paper, and the InSb infrared detector is used to design the muzzle triggering system. With indium antimonite device for transient target infrared signal by photoelectric conversion, the dark resistance matching method is adopted to improve the detection sensitivity of the system.
