新能源汽车线控转向系统驱动电路设计

线控转向系统用线缆取代了传统转向系统中转向盘与转向轮之间的机械连接,克服了传统转向系统对驾驶员的诸多限制,是未来新能源汽车领域的研究热点。而电控单元是线控转向系统中的核心部件,本文在对电控单元输入和输出信号的不同特点进行分析的基础上,对线控转向系统中关键的信号处理电路和电机驱动电路进行了设计。
Steering-by-wire system replaces the mechanical connection between steering wheel and tumbler with lines in the traditional steering system,which overcomes the limitations of the traditional steering system for the drivers.It is a hot research topic in the field of new energy vehicles in the future.Electronic control unit is the core component of the SBW system.Based on different features of ECU input and output signal,this paper designs the critical signal processing circuit and motor drive circuit in the SBW system.
