基于永磁同步电机的电机控制器检测电路设计及仿真分析

介绍了永磁同步电机及电机控制器的基础知识,并利用有限元分析软件Ansoft建立永磁电机模型并开展仿真计算,设计控制器硬件检测电路。同时运用Altium Designer﹑PSpice软件对硬件电路进行仿真计算。通过测试分析以及试验数据采集,可以有效验证设计电路的合理性,并在实际中得到验证。
This paper introduces the basic knowledge of the permanent magnet motor and controller, using finite element analysis software Ansoft to establish permanent magnet motor model and carry out simulation, designing the hardware detection circuit of controller. At the same time, we utilizing the Altium Designer, PSpices for simulation and calculation to hardware circuit. We demonstrate the accuracy of the verification circuit design is reasonable by contrast the relationship of finite element calculation with test data.
