设计了一种基于分段线性对数限幅放大器和基于非平衡对全波整流器的接收信号强度指示器（Received Sisal Strength Indicator，RSSI）。RSSI连接在WLAN接收端的LPF之后，用于检测经过滤波后的信号强度。该RSSI设计基于SMIC 55nm CMOS工艺，采用7级限幅放大器级联，每级增益为10dB。RSSI输入动态范围为60dB，输出直流电压范围为0．5～2．0V，斜率为22．5mV／dB。结果显示，RSSI在各个comer和温度下的误差仅为±0.5dBm，版图面积为480μm×160μm，功耗为8mW。
A Received Signal Strength Indicator （RSSI） ,which is based on the piecewise linear logarithmic limiting amplifiers and the non-equilibrium of full wave rectifiers is designed. The RSSI which is connected to the WLAN n~ceiver＇ s LPF, is used to detect the signal strength. The seven level cas- cade amplifiers with gain of 10 dB are used in RSSI circuit, which is designed with SMIC 55 nm CMOS technology. The simulated results show that the input dynamic range is 60 dB and the output dc voltage range is O.5 -2.0 V, the slope is 22.5 mV/dB.
