资料介绍

为了对异步电动机的运行状态进行适时监测，以STC12C5A60单片机为主芯片，设计了一种异步电动机信号采集系统。介绍了系统的主要元件和总体框架（主要由直流电源模块、AD590温度传感器、A/D转换模块、互感器模块、串口通信模块、声光报警模块、12864液晶显示模块以及 STC12C5A60单片机等部分组成），对STC12C5A60单片机主控电路、串口通信模块电路以及完成定时器、串口通信和A/D转换程序进行了设计。实际应用表明，该系统能够对异步电动机的电压、电流和温度等运行状态参数进行适时测量和存储，从而为异步电动机电机故障的诊断和排除奠定了基础。
