随着便携式电子产品市场的高速发展,串口存储器被广泛应用于手机、数码相机、硬盘和超级笔记本等设备,其高速接口技术是SPI存储器芯片设计的关键技术,文章介绍了高速串口存储器芯片的几种标准接口模式,分析了实现SPI逻辑功能的设计思路,并给出了SPI接口的仿真结果,结果表明设计完全满足SPI协议串行数据传输的要求,性能可靠的高速存储器接口电路。

With the constant development of the electronics market,serial memory is widely used in mobile phone,digital camera,hard disk and super computer and so on,the high speed interface technology is the key technology of SPI memory chip design,In this paper,several standard interface mode memory of chip high speed serial port are discussed,the logical function of SPI is analyzed,and simulation result s of the SPI interface is presented,results indicate that the design meets the demands of SPI protocol for serial data transfer,and is reliable in performance.
