基于Saber仿真的改进型半桥LLC变换器闭环电路设计

LLC变换器是一种非常有前景的拓扑电路,然而其工作过程较为复杂,很难建立准确的小信号模型,因此闭环控制电路设计困难。同时,随着LLC变换器的广泛使用,其过流保护问题也日益受到关注。针对一种具有过流保护功能的改进型半桥LLC变换器,提出了基于Saber软件时域仿真进行补偿电路设计的方法,并设计了一款1 200 W的半桥型LLC变换器。仿真实验验证了该方法的正确性及可行性,对实际工程应用有一定的指导意义。

LLC converter is a very promising topology circuit, however, its working process is so complicated that it is difficult to establish an accurate small signal model and design the closed loop control circuit. At the same time, with the wide use of LLC converter, its over-current protection issue is getting more and more attention. By discussing an improved half bridge LLC converter with over-current protection function, this paper proposes to design compensation circuits based on Saber time domain simulation and a 1 200 W half bridge LLC converter is built. The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the design methods, which give certain guide for practical engineering applications.
