资料介绍

温度传感器的研究趋势是提高测温精度和分辨率、增加测试功能、规范接口标准、提高可靠性和安全性。国际上新型温度传感器正从模拟式向数字式、从集成化向智能化和高精度、低功耗、高集成度的方向发展。为了提高温度传感器的线性度,设计采用了PTAT电路,实现了温度-电压转换效率高、线性度好、测温准确、功耗低的要求。

The research trend of temperature sensor is to improve the temperature measuring accuracy and resolution, increase test function, standard interface standards, improve the reliability and security. International new type of temperature sensor is from analog to digital, from integration to the intelligence and the direction of high precision, low power consumption, high integration. In order to improve the linearity of the temperature sensor, the design adopts the PTAT circuit, has realized the temperature, high voltage conversion efficiency and good linearity, temperature measurement accuracy, low power consumption requirement.
