资料介绍

传统的共射放大电路通常采用＋12V单电源供电,在缺少直流稳压电源的情况下,无法完成实验。针对这一问题,提出了一种＋5V单电源供电的共射放大电路,而＋5V单电源可由USB接口提供。在结合理论分析的基础上,借助Proteus虚拟实验设计环境分析了＋5V单电源供电共射放大电路的基本特性：放大倍数、输入电阻、输出电阻和频带宽度等。结果表明,使用Proteus仿真结果与硬件实验结果基本相符。先采用Proteus进行仿真设计,然后移植到硬件电路上,这种方法在实际应用中具有一定的推广价值。

Traditional Common- emmitter Amplifier Circuit usually adopts ＋ 12 V single power supply. In the case of lack of DC Stabilied Voltage Power Supply, we can＇t do the experiment. In order to solve the problem, the author propose a sort of Common-emmitter Amplifier Circuit which adopts ＋5V single power supply. ＋5V single power supply can be provided by the USB interface. On the basis of thoery analysis, we study the basic characteristic of the Common-emmitter Amplifier Circuit such as Amplification Factor, Input Resistance, Output Resistance and Bandwith.
