本文介绍了一种应用于电制冷PbS 红外探测器的自整定恒温控制电路的设计方法. 由于PbS 探测器特性使得温度变化直接影响其本身的探测效率,因此对于红外探测器的温度控制尤为重要. 本设计能够实现PbS 探测器温度自动检测整定并调整探测器电制冷控制电压,形成闭环控制,提高了控制响应速度和输出稳定性.

This paper introduces a method of the self-tuning constant temperature control circuit applied to electric refrigeration PbS infrared detectors. Due to the performance of PbS detectors, the temperature changes can directly affect the detection efficiency of themselves,so the temperature control is particularly important to the infrared detectors. This design can realize the automatic detection and setting ofthe PbS detectors’ temperature, and adjust the electric refrigeration control voltage of detectors, to form a closed-loop control which improves the response speed and output stability.
