资料介绍

针对常用的IGBT驱动模块存在外围电路复杂、需要额外的多路稳压直流源、保护功能不足、可靠性不高等弊端,难以满足MMC换流站IGBT工作要求的情况,提出了将开关电源和驱动电路集成在同一电路板上,并且对电压反馈电路、过载保护电路、光耦隔离电路、过流检测与保护电路进行了具体设计.实验结果表明,本设计方案能很好地满足模块化多电平换流站IGBT的工作要求,对类似的IGBT驱动设计有很好的实用参考价值.

Aiming at the disadvantages of the complexity of periphery circuit ,needing extra multi-channel DC power source, deficiency of protection function and poor reliability of commonly used IGBT driver module, which can difficult to satisfy the work- ing requirement of modular multilevel converter station IGBT, this paper puts forward a method of focus switching power supply and driving circuit on one circuit board, and gives a specific design of voltage feedback circuit, over-load protection circuit, optic coupling circuit, over-current detection and protection circuit.
