一种单轴MEMS陀螺仪信号处理电路设计

以MEMS陀螺仪传感器为基础,设计了一种闭环驱动开环检测的单轴MEMS陀螺仪信号处理电路。采用时域分析方法,对MEMS陀螺仪闭环驱动环路进行了稳定性分析,并提出了一种对等效电容共模部分不敏感的CV转换结构。结果显示,线性度〈±0.5%、功耗〈150 mW、ADC分辨率〉11 bit。
A single-axis MEMS gyroscope signal process circuit is designed based on a MEMS sensor.Stability of the closed-loop drive circuit is analyzed in time domain.A switched-capacitor CV-converter which is not sensitive to common section of the sensor capacitor is proposed.Results indicate that the linearity is smaller than ±0.5%,power consumption smaller than 150 mW and resolution of ADC greater than 11 bits.
