针对在玻璃基片上印刷LED电路过程中容易产生短路、毛刺等缺陷问题,提出一种基于机器视觉的玻璃基片LED的印刷电路质量检测方法。对数字图像二值化预处理自适应阈值的方法进行了比较分析;对二值化图像出现的噪声干扰点,提出了分割连通域的图像滤波方法,将获取的二值化图像进行连通域提取并根据连通域的面积分割出噪声干扰点;利用图像检测方法对玻璃基片LED电路进行缺陷检测。结果表明:该方法在效率和精度方面都有提高。

Aiming at the defects of short circuit,burrs and so on in the process of printed LED circuit on glass substrate,this paper presents a quality detection method of glass substrate LED printed circuit based on Machine Vision. First of all,adaptive threshold calculation method for digital image binarization carries on the comparative analysis. Secondly,the noise point of the binary image appears,the image filtering method of segmentation connected domains is proposed, connected domain extraction of the binary image and Segmented noise point based on the area of connected domains.
