针对无刷直流电机独有的控制特点,设计了一种基于IR2110芯片的驱动控制器。详细说明了IR2110的结构特点以及典型电路。详细分析了自举电路的自举过程,以及选择合适的自举电容和自举二极管,加入了栅极负偏压的设计。实验结果表明,该设计在驱动电压、频率方面可靠性高,能满足驱动无刷直流电机的要求。

In consideration of the features for controlling the brushless DC motor,a brushless DC motor driver which de- signed based on IR2110.Detailed structural characteristics and typical circuit of IR2110 are introduced in this paper.It analy- sis the process of bootstrap,and introduce the way to select the appropriate bootstrap capacitor and the bootstrap diode. The design of the grid negative bias is also brought in this circuit.The experimental results show that the circuit has a high reliability in terms of driving voltage and frequency,and meet the requirements of driving brushless DC motor.
