大功率IGBT驱动电路的设计
资料介绍
为了满足实际应用的需求，设计了600V/50A等级IGBT模块驱动电路，电路重点考虑了由寄生的极间电容引起的米勒效应以及dV/dt对IGBT驱动的影响，经参数分析和计算，确定了驱动电压幅值和驱动电流值；驱动电路由光耦隔离、功率驱动和栅极保护电路组成，实现了信号端与功率端电气隔离、调节驱动电压幅值宽度和增加驱动电流、抑制米勒效应的功能。实验结果表明该驱动电路在100KHz工作频率下获得良好的IGBT输出波形，满足设计要求。
In order to meet the needs of the applications,the drive circuit of the 600V/50A IGBT module has be designed,which mainly considers the effect of the Mil er effect and the dV/dt on the IGBT.The amplitude of driving voltage and the driving current value of the drive circuit has be determined through the parameter analysis and calculation. The driving circuit is driven by the optocoupler isolation,power and grid protection circuit.The experimental results show that the drive circuit to obtain the IGBT output waveform is good at frequency 100KHz,meet the design requirements.
