以＂SS4B＂型电力机车辅助变流器的研制为背景,重点研究其后级逆变器的驱动电路。对目前市场上较为流行的几款IGBT驱动芯片进行拓扑设计,并对各个驱动方案进行比较分析,最终采用以IGD515为核心的驱动电路为辅助变流系统后级逆变器的驱动方案。
