为解决微弱光信号检测中信号动态范围宽及噪声干扰等问题,设计一种由对称晶体管等分立元件组成的对数放大器.用方波信号对该对数放大器的输入、输出及频率特性进行分析,结果表明在输入信号频率低于13 Hz时,放大器有很好的放大特性,输入信号动态范围达60 dB,小信号增益最高可达到90 dB.使用该对数放大器设计了微弱光信号检测系统,针对检测系统存在的误差问题,基于电路放大关系编写算法,该算法能有效减小系统的输出误差.实验结果表明该系统能有效检测微弱信号.

In order to solve the problems of signal characterized by wide dynamic range and big noise in weak optical signal detection, we designed a logarithmic amplifier which composed of symmetrical transistor and other discrete components. In addition, the square wave signal was used to research the characteristics of input, output and frequency of the logarithmic amplifier. The results showed that logarithmic amplifiers had better amplification effects when the frequency was under 13 Hz, the gain of small-signal is up to 90 dB and the range of dynamic could reach 60 dB. In this paper, a weak optical signal detection system was designed using logarithmic amplifiers and in order to solve the error problem, an algorithm was presented by using the circuit amplification relation. This algorithm could effectively reduce the output error of the system. The experimental results showed that the system could detect weak signals effectively.
