随着电路板在家用电器设备中越来越普及,由电路板线路故障以及电子元件自身缺陷引发的火灾事故日益严重,在电气火灾事故中的比例也逐步上升。总结电子元件的工作原理及火灾危险性、各类型集成电路板的火灾隐患,分析充电器电路板引发火灾的原因,为有效预防电路板火灾提供参考。
With the increasing popularity of the circuit board in the household appliances, the fire accidents caused by circuit board faults and defects of electronic components are becoming more and more serious, and the proportion of electrical fire has gradually increased. The working principle and fire hazard of various types of integrated circuit boards and electronic components was summarized in this paper. A reference was provided for better research on circuit board and electronic component fires in the future.
