半导体器件教学方法的探讨
资料介绍
模拟电子电路的核心元件是半导体器件,因此对半导体器件原理及特性的掌握至关重要。学生入门便是接触半导体器件知识,通常感觉生僻难懂、学习吃力,对以后器件的应用更是无法得心应手。主要介绍笔者对这部分内容的教学心得,在教学过程中结合各种教学方法,让学生便于理解与识记。
Semiconductor device is the essential part of analog electronic circuits,so it is important to learn the principle and characteristics of them.Semiconductor device is also the first content to students,who usually feel it complex and difficult to learn,and have much trouble with the subsequent application of it.This paper introduces the teaching experiences of the authors,which adopt kinds of teaching method in the teaching process,and facilitate students＇ understanding and remember of this knowledge.
