资料介绍

针对矿用物联网信息感知层中传感器、变送器、执行器等设备常用的4种输出信号——电流信号（4-20 m A）、电压信号（0.5-5.0 V）、频率信号（200-1 000 Hz）和触点信号（通/断）,设计了一种兼容4种信号制式、具有隔离功能和抗干扰措施的采集电路。经过实验验证,电压、电流采样精度〈0.4%,频率精度〈0.5 Hz,触点信号准确度100%,具有电路简单、精度高、稳定性好的特点。

A four kind of mine signal,compatible with isolation function and anti interference measures of acquisition circuit was designed for mining sensor,transmitter,the executing device of internet of things perception layer commonly used four output signal,the current signal（ 4 - 20 m A）,voltage signal（ 0. 5 - 5. 0 V）,frequency signal（ 200 - 1 000 Hz） and contact signal（ on / off）. The test results show that,the precision of voltage and current sampling is less than 0. 4%,the accuracy of frequency is less than 0. 5 Hz,and the contact signal accuracy is 100%,which has the characteristics of simple circuit,high precision and good stability.
