资料介绍

在时序单元电路功能验证过程中，由人工设计激励波形，会引入人为的误差。这个误差会影响电路中工艺参数的准确度。如何修正误差，是工艺参数提取过程中的关键问题之一。为此，设计了一种新的算法，这种算法能根据单元电路的功能函数生成状态转换图，然后根据状态图中所有的节点和边自动生成激励波形。激励波形的自动生成可以减少工艺参数提取过程中引入的人为误差，提高电路功能验证的准确性。

In the process of sequential unit circuit functional verification, the human error can be produced because of artificial design incentive waveform. The error in the circuit will affect the accuracy of the extraction process parameters. How to fixed error is one of the key problems in the process of technological parameters extraction. Therefore, a new algorithm is designed. This algorithm can generate functions state transition figure according to the function of the unit circuit, and then generate incentive waveform according to all the nodes and edges in the state chart automatically.
