根据传感设备在煤矿采煤和掘进工作面这种需经常移动的环境中使用的特点,设计了一种基于无线传感器网络的硫化氢监测节点。介绍了节点电池供电电路、显示电路、光控电路、遥控电路、信号采集与处理电路、报警电路、无线组网模块等7部分硬件电路设计。实验测试表明,该节点具有功耗低、组网速度快、检测精度高、工作时间长、抗干扰能力强等特点,可以在煤矿井下推广应用。

A H2S monitoring node based on the wireless sensor network was designed according to the characteristics that the sensor devices need to be often moved in the working and heading faces. This paper described the design of 7 hardware circuits,including the node battery power supply circuit,display circuit,light control circuit,remote control circuit,signal acquisition and processing circuit,alarm circuit and wireless network module. The results showed that the nodes had the features of low power consumption,fast networking,high detection accuracy,long working time and strong anti-interference,and could be popularized and applied in coal mines.
