资料介绍

针对模拟电路的最优测点选择问题,提出一种改进的基于动态城市规划的蚁群算法,由蚁群寻找最短路径获得最优测点集合。将故障字典映射到二维空间,空间中每个点代表一个城市。为了不重复访问能被多个测点辨识的故障类,每次寻优后动态规划蚁群下一次访问的城市分布。启发因子矩阵由惩罚矩阵和距离邻接矩阵构成,其目的是在辨识出相同数目的故障条件下选择的测点数最少。动态更新信息素矩阵,得到蚁群访问城市的概率。该方法与其他3种比较,实验结果表明该方法能够得到最优的测点集合,同时具有良好的寻优效率。

An improved ant colony algorithm is introduced based on dynamic city programming to solve the problem of optimal test node selection for analog circuits. The optimal test nodes are selected according to the shortest path found by ant colony. The fauh dictionary is mapped into two dimensional space. Each point represents a city in the space. In order not to repeat visit the faults that can be identi- fied by multiple test nodes, the cities for the next visit of the ant colony are dynamic programmed after each optimization.
