The inner components of the TBZK Hump controllable power module are frequently burnt out, which causes humping operations out of control and often results in operational safety issues such as catch -up and over- speed coupling and so on. We carefully make a circuit analysis on the power module to figure out the cause of component burnout. Technical countermeasure to the power module has been taken and desired effects have been achieved in ensuring the safety of humping operation.
