一种单电源高速光电探测电路的设计与实现

文章从运算放大器工作特点出发，结合实际应用，设计了一款单电源高速光电探测电路，该电路采用一级放大，阈值比较通过运算放大器实现。试验结果表明，该光电探测电路在满足指标要求的情况下，实现了单电源供电方式，节约了成本。
According to working features of operational amplifier, this paper designed a high-speed electronic-optic detection circuit based on single-supply in combination with real application. One-stage amplification is employed in the circuit and threshold comparison is achieved by the single-supply operational amplifier. The experiment results indicate that the electronic-optic detection circuit which meets the specification requirements not only can achieve the single-supply mode, but also can economize the costs.
