A three-dimensional chaotic system was constructed. The dynamic properties of the new system were investigated, which shows that there exists chaotic attractor. Simulations of the combinational circuits with different fractional order were designed. It demonstrates that the new fractional-order chaotic system can be implemented in the physical. Select a different element of chaos encryption and decryption system to do experiments on the image and audio, the results prove that the system has a good security.
