锂电池恒流充电电路设计

该文讲述了一种锂电池恒流充电电路的设计方法。该电路主要实现的目标是：1.充电电流分50m A、100m A、200m A、500m A四档可调。2.电池过充保护。当电池组电压达到设定值时（如5.4V）,充电自动结束。3.状态指示。充电迚行时,用绿光収光管指示,充电结束时,用红光収光管指示。4.纯硬件电路完成。为了实现这电路的功能,设计时用到了三端集成稳压块、运算放大器、恒流源电路等。经制作表明,所设计电路的功能完全实现了预期目标。
Regarding the disadvantage that constant-voltage charging easily damages Lithium Batteries, this paper introduces a design of Charging Circuit of Lithium Batteries with Constant Current. The designed circuits makes it possible to realize the constant current charging with high degree of accuracy, and the charging flows can be selected with the protective function to prevent over-charging. It has been proved that the designed circuits can protect lithium batteries effectively.
