资料介绍

忆阻器被认为是除电阻、电感、电容外的第四种基本电路元件，是一种有记忆功能的非线性电阻。用simulink软件对其VI特性进行仿真。混沌现象是一种确定性的非线性运动，在非线性控制领域，混沌电路的设计则是混沌技术研究和应用的基础，采用一种新型的非线性元件（忆阻器）对一种典型的产生混沌现象的电路——蔡氏混沌电路进行分析研究，并且与原蔡氏电路波形进行比较，观察其变化。

The memory resistor is regarded as the fourth basic component besides resistance, inductance and capacitance, which is a nonlinear resistance with memory function. The paper uses simulink software to simulate its VI characteristic. The muddy phenomenon is a kind of deterministic nonlinear motion. In nonlinear control field, the design of the muddy circuit is the basis of muddy circuit technology study and application the paper adopts-new kind of nonlinear comonent for circuit of producing muddy phenomenon analysis and study of Cai＇s muddy circuit, and compare with former Cai＇s circuit wave form,watching its change.
