为了更好地权衡测量精度和测量成本,实现手持终端设备的电量监测,论文提出了一种电源电量监测的方法:即通过对监测点电压采样,结合库仑计法和电池建模查表法,采用软件计算实现电量监测.借助实验数据采集分析,绘制出放电曲线,以及负载突变情况下电压与电量的关系表,这些数据能够验证新监测方法的监测精度在1%~5%,在测量精度基本相同的情况下,该方法相对于采用专用电源检测芯片成本较低.

In order to weigh the cost of measurement and the accuracy of measurement better, the power monitoring of the handheld devices is implemented. A method of power battery monitoring is proposed: Through monitoring the voltage sampling, combined with the coulomb counter and battery modeling look-up table method, using simulation software to real- ize power monitoring. With the data acquisition and analysis, the discharge curves and the voltage and power under the sud- dern change of load, are drawn. The data testify that the new power monitoring method enjoys experimental precison at 1% -5%. Under the condition of the same accuracy of measurement, this method has lower cost compared with the special power test chip.
