大功率变流器模块主电路杂散电感分析
资料介绍
基于IGBT逆变电路建立了主电路中带杂散电感的拓扑图,分析了杂散电感在电路换流过程中产生的影响,经对比计算,验证了大功率变流器模块使用叠层母排的可靠性,并通过有限元仿真分析了影响叠层母排电感值的一些因素,为IGBT大功率变流器模块的电路结构设计及其后期优化设计提供参考.
Based on IGBT converter circuit, the topology of the main circuit with stray inductance was set up, and the influence of main circuit stray inductance was analyzed. According to the comparison of calculation, reliability of the laminated bus-bar used in high-power converter module was verified, and some factors which affect the inductance of laminated bus-bar were analyzed. Instruction was provided for the circuit structural design and later optimal design of the high-power IGBT converter module.
