For the testing and diagnosis the PCB of one control circuit board equipped in navigation radar, which has a large number of high integration chips, people can＇t resolve this problem with conventional testing method. Researching on boundary-scan test technology and test algorithm, by applying boundary-scan technology, the testing and diagnosis the PCB with high integration level and high performance have been solved. This paper expounds this testing and diagnosis strategy and development process in detail.
