三相光伏并网发电系统主电路设计
资料介绍
对比分析单级型和多级型光伏并网逆变系统的优缺点,以及光伏阵列可扩展性,确定了双级型并网逆变器拓扑结构,电压源电流控制方式,带工频变压器隔离的拓扑方式,对BOOST电路、逆变器、LCL滤波器等主要元件进行设计,为主电路设计提供了理论依据。仿真验证了LCL滤波器设计的合理性。
This paper focuses on analyzing and comparing single-stage and muti-stage PV on-grid invert system, and exploring the scalability of PV array. It choses the method that current controlled voltage source, and the circuit with two stages and isolation of industrial frequency transformer as the main topology ,and designed the core components, such as BOOST circuit, inverter and LCL filter, provided a theoretical support for design of the main circuit. At last, it proved the accuracy of LCL filter design by the simulation.
