Design of signal processing circuit of silicon detector used for γ personal dosimetry was introduced.Key issues in the designing of the PCB（ printed circuit board） were discussed. The signal processing circuit included preamplifier circuit,filter and shaping circuit,and pole-zero offsetting circuit. Charge sensitive preamplifier was chosen for preamplifier circuit.
