针对异步电动机全压起动时起动电流和起动转矩过大,易造成电机和负载损坏的缺点,将晶闸管三相交流调压电路引入电机软起动中。研究结果表明,其能显著改善起动电流和转矩过大的问题。文中阐述了晶闸管三相交流调压电路的工作原理;介绍了其在异步电动机软起动中的应用。此外,还研究了三相交流调压在电机软起动过程中,Matlab/Simulink的建模方法。给出了电机在软起动和全压起动的仿真结果,并对仿真结果进行了比较分析,相比全压起动,采用软起动可降低电机起动电流和起动转矩。

The SCR three-phase AC adjusting voltage circuit is introduced into the soft starting of asynchronous motor to address the motor and load damages because of too large a starting current and starting torque for asynchronous motor with full voltage starting. The paper firstly describes the working principle of the SCR three-phase AC adjusting voltage circuit, and then introduces the application of the soft starting for asynchronous motor.
