基于忆阻器的最简混沌电路的动力学分析

忆阻器是一个物理上新实现的基础元件,是一种有记忆功能的非线性电路元件.研究了一个基于忆阻器的非线性混沌电路,通过对相轨迹、Poincaré映射图、Lyapunov指数谱、功率谱等混沌判据的分析,验证了此系统的混沌特性.此外,对系统的耗散性、平衡点稳定性进行了分析.Matlab仿真发现系统具有典型的倍周期分岔现象,具备从周期状态进入混沌状态的变化过程.
The memristor is a new basic element in physics,which is a nonlinear circuit element with memory.The paper studies a nonlinear chaotic circuit based on memristor,then verifies its chaotic characteristics by the analysis of phase trajectories,Poincarésections,Lyapunov exponent and the power spectrum.Furthermore,the dissipative and the stability of equilibrium points of the system are analyzed.It is found that the system has a typical bifurcation phenomenon by simulating Matlab,and the process of changing is clear from the periodic state to the chaotic state.
