For the design difficulty of the current high power airborne electrical equipment against 80 V/50 ms overpres sure surge circuit, such as the existence of large quantity of heat and low product reliability, the key technical indicators of TLPA33CA type TVS diode are analyzed by combining theory with experiment. Based on the test results, the basic working principle of TLPA33CA TVS diode is expounded, and its equivalent working principle is put forward.
