新型变流器主电路参数的设计
资料介绍
为了提升变流器的性能，应发挥IGBT与IGCT两类不同类型功率开关器件的优点，针对一个桥臂中应用两种不同类型功率器件的变流器，进行了实验验证。结合实例给出IGBT与IGCT的参数匹配，以及直流侧电容和吸收电路的设计方法。该变流器的设计为以后设计变流器提供参考。
In order to enhance performance of converters, a new plan combining different types of component （IGBT and IGCT） in one bridge leg was proved to be feasible. The mutual matching of parameters of IGBT and IGCT, and designing of DC bus capacitor and snubber circuit in the main circuit was given. The plan may be a reference for a converter design.
