近年来，随着全球竞争的不断加剧，供应链上各个环节之间的整合显得愈加重要。寄售类模式（Consignment）在供应链管理中的应用也日显普及。本文简述了ERP系统（本文主要指SAP系统）在集成电路制造行业中的应用。在减少库存、降低企业现金流的前提下，实现SAP系统标准寄售功能本地化配置，从而实现降低企业的采购成本，提升供应链绩效和竞争力水平的目的。

Recently, as the global competition growing, the integration of supply chain become more important. The application of consignment model also bacome more popular in supply chain management. This paper discussed the ERP system application in IC field. Base on decreasing stock, and cash flow, we will finish SAP system standard consignment extremely functional localization test configuration. And the objective is decreasing purchaing cost and increasing the power of company competetion.
