本文给出一种用于降压型DC—DC转换器的自调节型斜坡补偿电路。文章从斜坡补偿的基本原理出发,根据电流环稳定的条件,设计出了一种补偿量随输入输出电压自动调节的斜坡补偿电路。该斜坡补偿电路的优化设计避免了因过补偿而带来的系统瞬态响应慢和带载能力低等不良影响。该电路基于华润上华0.5um CMOS工艺,使用Cadence仿真验证达到设计目标。

This paper gives a design of self-regulation slope compensation circuit applied to buck DC-DC converters.On the basis of the root theory of slope compensation and the stability of current loop, a self-regulation slope compensation circuit is designed, whose compensation amount varies with input and output voltages.The slope compensation circuit improves the output current capability and transient response speed of the system.This circuit is designed on the basis of CSMC 0.5um CMOS process, and its performances have been verified by Cadence simulation.
