基于ANSYS的印制电路板装配体的PSD分析

使用ANSYS对印制电路板装配体进行了模态分析、模态叠加法谐响应分析和PSD分析，得出了印制电路板的前四阶阵型，并结合谐响应分析结果找出与模态分析固有频率存在差异的原因，通过PSD分析得出在结构的共振点存在位移峰值，这些结论为进一步分析和优化设计提供了重要的理论依据。
ANSYS was used for the modal analysis,the printed circuit board assembly modal superposition method of harmonic analysis and PSD analysis,and the first four order formation of printed circuit board was got. Combined with the harmonic response analysis results,the natural frequencies and modal analysis of the reasons for the differ-ences was found. Through the PSD analysis of the displacement peak at resonance structure for further analysis, these results provide an important theoretical basis for the design and optimization.
